Bargain Time: Dr Perricone Super Skincare at half price

Ever since I heard about the launch the 'Super' skincare range by Dr Perricone last September, I've been wanting to try it. If you're new to the brand, the concept is simple. It's called 'super' because it is based on the 'Superfood' theory, and use for example fruits and vegetables identified as superfoods (see the list here) as its main ingredients. And the range is super cute, with its simple, minimalistic yet bright and colourful packaging. But there is one thing which has stopped me: the prohibitive price. The range is a premium skincare brand with an obvious price tag to match. Well, there's never been a better time to try the brand as Cocosa has got a half price sale on selected Dr Perricone Super skincare products.

My personal favourite pick from the sale? The acai berry cleanser. At £12, it's still more than I would usually pay for a cleanser, but it sounds a hell of a lot affordable than £26. I am tempted.  What if I like it too much and then I am 'stuck' to then buy it at full price? Aaa, this has always been my dilemma around trialling premium products. I don't know. I was hoping that writing about it on here will help me make make up my mind, but I am still undecisive. So I thought I'd tempt you too :P.

I love their moisturiser with SPF, so I picked up that along with the eye cream and cleanser. Can't wait to try the other products!

Haha I always have the same thought when I see a good sale, what if I love it and then I have to pay full price! I haven't used this brand before x

I really like this range. I buy more expensive brands now and then, when I have a little extras cash. I don't think you need to always use the same skin care products because your skin can become too used to them. I try to use a different face cream each month and have certain times of the year when I pay more for a thicker cream.

I am thinking they are discontinuing the line. It was briefly on sale on Sephora's site about a week ago--- and now there is nothing of the line (at all!). In fact, when you look it up, the page is blank. :-(
