Naturally radiant

Affordable Micro Dermabrasion products for the face, to use at home are quite hard to find to find. In fact, I don't think I've ever been able to find one under £7. I have been forking out £12 for my much loved Sanctuary one and the time delay micro dermabrasion tube I've also been a great fan of was never sold on its own and used to be part of an expensive kit. I don’t even know if it exists anymore.

Micro dermabrasion, to me, is the best thing since sliced bread for getting rid of dead skin cells and get your skin soft as a baby's bum. Most of all, it's a must for when your skin is not so spring chicken anymore: you get the same - if not better - smoothness but without the harsh abrasion of traditional exfoliating products.

As part of their brand new naturally radiant range, Superdrug has brought out a Naturally Radiant Brightening Micro Polish at the sweet price of £4.99 and I can't wait to try it. The range has been designed to give skin enhanced luminescence, radiance and moisturisation, focused on natural ingredients to help to rid skin of impurities and bring out a natural glow.

Key ingredients across the Naturally Radiant range include:

• Kiwi fruit extract, a rich source of vitamin C, which is renowned for its remarkable ability to help brighten and even out skin tone, while also providing antioxidant protection against free radicals
• Mulberry fruit extract, which has naturally strong brightening properties and can help to reduce discolouration and even out skin tone
• Sugar beet extract, a natural moisturiser, which helps improve skin’s barrier function and leave skin feeling soft and supple

The micro polish itself is made with blueberry seeds and fruit acids. Is the micro-polish really going to have a micro texture? Will the fragrance remind me of blueberries and make me want to eat it? I can't tell you that but I cannot wait to find out. If the product lives up to my expectations, I am also tempted to try the Brightening Radiance Balm. I am not allowed to buy a night moisturiser though, until I have finished all my existing pots.

Anything you fancy from the range?

The micro dermabrasion looks interesting. For the price it's quite reasonable as well :)

I will be trying out some bits and pieces from this range. After finding out my current day and night creams aren't cruelty free, I shan't be repurchasing when they run out. xx

Have you tried the Dr. Brandt one? It's my sister's favourite and she had to buy a new jar and it's sooo expensive. RRP was 80 EUR at Sephora, but luckily she had a discount code she could use, but still...
Are the ones you show here available online (that ships outside the UK?)
